The first man to survive going over Niagara Falls later died from slipping on an orange peel.

Bobby leach a person who have a tittle of “First man to survive going over Niagara Falls survive” but unfortunately die by slipping on orange peel. Bobby leach come to north America for completing three difficult tasks.






  • Barrel trip through the rapids to the whirlpool.

  • Barrel trip over the Falls

  • Parachute jump from upper suspension bridge into the river.

First attempt in 1910, left him stuck in barrel and he was rescue by the famous Niagara River man William "Red" Hill Sr , 2nd attempt in 1911 result in broke knee caps (Both leg) with his jaw plus he spent six month in hospital recovering from injuries 

Bobby leach born on 1858, Cornwall, United Kingdom was a second person and first man to survive to go over Niagara Falls, first person was a lady Annie Taylor
In 1926, tour to New Zealand, leach die due to the infected leg when he was slipped on an orange peel and broke his leg, some report says it was a banana peel. Bobby leach died after two months .
